About who needs care: My wife has Parkinsons with dementia, occasional hallucinations, full time mobility issues, and is currently using a transport chair. She likes to chat and watch TV. She doesnt read much anymore because of cognition issues. About the care needs: Skills required include medication management, ability to manage using a transport chair (similar to a wheelchair), aid in toileting, dressing, light meal preparation and cleaning. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
