Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Dublin

I am looking for someone to assist my Uncle for just a few hours a week. (It can be the day of your choice.) He is a widow and lives in an apartment by himself in Dublin. He is 83 years old. He does not drive and rarely leaves the house. He does his own cooking but could use some assistance with dispensing his medications, light cleaning, organization and possibly running a local errand or two. He has some early signs of dementia.
