About who needs care: 100% service connected disabled. Lives at home with wife. Neuropathy legs seem to be getting weaker. Uses a rollator in the home. Needs a wheelchair going out. Currently has a transport chair which works well for the caregiver but too much for me to push. I am looking into an electric wheelchair. Diagnosis dementia. Calm, non-combative, pleasant, tells stories of his life and war experience. Needs-dressing, showering, breakfast and lunch, laundry, changing bed weekly. Help with phone and remotes. About the care needs: Animal lover (one small 15-year dog), friendly, cheerful, strength (180 lbs).
