Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Downingtown

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. He lives at a personal care facility but would like some additional care med-day. One of your responsibilities will be helping with mobility (he is just recovering from a hospital stay and rehab and still is weak with his walker but also uses a wheelchair). He is incontinent, needs help in the bathroom with hygiene. His meals are already prepared but would appreciate having someone with a car that might be willing to take him out to lunch 1x a week.
