About who needs care: I am disabled and unable to drive, walk long distances. I need someone to go grocery shopping for me every other Wednesday, get my mail, etc. About the care needs: Someone who is trustworthy and understanding of depression, etc. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
