I need a care provider with experience. Duties include transportation accompaniment (doctor's appointments, procedures, etc.). You do not need to drive. Mobility assistance as needed for mild balance issues. I specifically need a person who will accompany me to a dental procedure, cataract surgery and doctors appointments.
