Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Collegeville

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s. Some help needed, along with my father assisting, to help with my mother's personal care (toileting, changing clothes, etc as needed), transferring (bed to commode, commode to wheelchair, to car, etc). Help with doing simple range of motion/flexibility exercises of her right arm- as she cannot move her right side after the stroke. Simply being present to keep an eye while my father does chores. Help needed most right now are a few hours in the early morning and a few hours around late dinner to bedtime. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
