Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Carlisle

Hello - I recently moved my 92-year-old grandmother in with me, after living on her own for the last 25 years in Nashville. She is relatively sharp for 92, but fading fast, physically. I work M-F, 7am-6pm, and part time, occasionally, on Saturday evenings. I travel anywhere from 2-4 days at a time for work, about once every 5 weeks. I'm looking for someone that is able to come in and check on my grandmother, 2-3 days a week, in 2-3 hour increments. I'm looking for someone willing and able to assist her in getting in and out of the shower, and help her get dressed, as-needed. I'm also looking for some light housekeeping - cleaning 2 bathrooms, light dusting and vacuuming, kitchen dishes, again, as-needed. I need someone that is looking for something steady, indefinitely. Someone that enjoys what they do, and makes it obvious :)
