About who needs care: My wife Katie is in the end stages of Alzheimer's . She is non verbal but does love to hum to music. She needs help with dressing, bathing, feeding and transferring to and from wheelchair to bed and recliner. I do share some of the cooking with the aides that assist us each day. Our day begins at 10 and end at 7 p.m. Some errands may include picking up groceries or going to the drug store for me. Household chores include cooking, dishes, laundry and everyday housework.
