I'm looking for hands-on care for myself in my 60s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Household tasks and take my garbage to dumpster. 3 0r 4 hrs a week. 1 hr to do shower and a task. Fold clothes from dryer or change sheets or put away groceries from instant cart but I want a shower 3 0r 4 days a week. I had a stroke need help with lifting my right foot and right arm up. I walk into shower chair.
