Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Broomall

We're looking for a kind person to mostly provide companionship and social interaction with my mother in Broomall. She has dementia but is still quite able and aware of her surroundings. Help needed with bathing some toiletry, help dressing. Some meal preparation and light tidying up needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with (1) cat and CPR / first-aid trained.
