About who needs care: I have a chance to leave the Bridgeville nursing home if I can find someone to do emergency care should regulars aides not show for some reason. The emergency care aides are essential for my being approved for community placement. I am somebody who needs more help than others. I have cerebral palsy and use an electric chair for mobility.
