About who needs care: I have issues with memory and I am currently not permitted to operate an automobile in PA. My memory is however in better condition than it has been in the past. I currently reside in an apartment and would like to return to my home. My significant other makes all decisions regarding my care. My desire is to demonstrate self-care and independence.
