Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bensalem, PA

We need hands-on care for my mother in Bensalem. She needs assistance with washing/cutting her hair, trimming her nails, transportation to/from appointments, and occasional errands. My mother uses a walker and can sometimes be unstable on her feet. Preference is given to a caregiver who is a non-smoker, Covid vaccinated, and CPR / first-aid trained.
