Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Bally

About who needs care: I'm 38 years old with multiple disabilities. I am usually able to do everything in life but deal with a ton of pain. I'm going to be getting hand surgery very shortly. I have an EMG test on Oct 24th and then my doctor would like to do the surgery right after my results from my test come back. One of by disabilities are my arms and hands. My left arm is about half the length of a normal arm and my left hand is smaller with 3 fingers. My left hand is the hand I do everything with, and it's the hand I will be getting surgery on. My right arm is a lot shorter, and hand is a lot smaller and weaker than my left. After my surgery I will not be allowed to use my left hand at all for at least 6 months to a year. I will need help with pretty much everything from cleaning, cooking, bathing and washing my hair, laundry, grocery shopping and more. I have 2 daughters who are 13, and 15. My 15-year-old would also need help as well. Not too much help. She has a colostomy bag and I'm unable to cut her stoma discs that she needs for her colostomy bag. She is also unable to cut them, as she has other health problems that limit her in ways. We used to have at times 24 hour, 7 days a week home Healthcare. My 13-year-old has trauma from a home Healthcare nurse from when she was 2-4 years old. I had stopped having nurses and aids come to my home for help about 6 years ago. My daughter has been on a waiting list for home care for at least 2 years now and I keep being told there is a shortage in healthcare. I was told I could have family, friends, or hire my own care and my daughters and my health insurance would pay for home health. Since agencies are not able to find home healthcare workers for myself and my daughter, I was told You do not need to be a nurse, or any type of healthcare worker. You do not need any schooling or experience, and our insurance companies would pay for you to work in my home. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
