Due to their Dx of dementia they get up and down a lot to walk around About the care needs: Pt needs quit and is sensitive to sudden movements and being touched unexpectedly. He is stage 7 Alzheimers. Pt requires increase time to due what he wants. Pt demonstrates aggressive behavior if forced to do something he does not like to due. Pt prefers cheerful people but not too animated or loud. He no longer has any specialized skills or hobbies outside of listening to country music Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
