About who needs care: She's 85 and very personable who was active until recently when she had a PE and DVT for which she was hospitalized then in Skilled nursing for rehab. She has a diagnosis of Vascular Dementia/Alzheimers but was still living on her own until this. She is currently using a nebulizer and taking medication. She is actively working on getting stronger so that she can walk without the aid of a walker. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / medication reminders/nebulizer treatments, light housekeeping, companionship, and help with bathing / dressing.
