Hands-on Care Needed For Mother In Allentown

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for mother in her 70s to give additional assistance to Mom living in memory care unit in Allentown area. Needs help with ADL's including dressing, toileting, meals, bathing and participation in activities. Three shifts of about 3 hours duration late morning/midday and/or late afternoon/dinner time frames. There is some flexibility in days/shifts, which may vary at times. Preference for persons with experience in working with Alzheimer patients; initiative/creativity in engaging patient in appropriate activities--walking, music, books/photos, facility-led events, entertainment. Knowledge of O. T. skills/techniques a plus. Background in nursing, CNA desirable.
