About who needs care: Parkinson-like symptoms. On 10/11/24 she broke her hip. Been to rehab. Came home 11/10. Difficulty walking and sometimes standing. Would like a 9p-9a person to help her change into pj's, assist in and out of bed through night to urinate. Then in am, dress and start breakfast. She likes to sew but can't now. About the care needs: assist with light housework, meals, hygiene. She very friendly but falls asleep easily. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
