Seeking Part Time Overnight Senior Care Provider In Wilsonville

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Dementia, Needs constant supervision, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Companionship. One of your responsibilities will be to move her to chair, hygiene needs and feeding her. We are moving grandma home on hospice. She sleeps through the night, will mostly be changing her depends and keeping an eye on her to make sure she's good. Looking for one person for 2 nights
