About who needs care: Stroke at age 36. Recovered 1/2 body and able to teach Community College class on-line for past 36 yrs. Had knee replacement surgery from which was difficult to recover. Meal prep, help transferring to & from wheelchair needed now. Mentally alert and unchanged, though challenged by condition. About the care needs: Warm, caring and likes dogs. She has official canine companion black Lab & family golden receiver. Caregiver would need to be comfortable with them. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
