Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Veneta

About who needs care: Lives on 1. 5 acre property with partner, lap dog and 2 chickens. Loves beauty, making others happy and being useful. Some cognitive decline, GI issues, unsteadiness, and recently had a fall (no broken bones). House is cluttered and there are 4 stairs to get to kitchen and bathroom from bedroom. After the fall, needs extra help. Three children (myself included) live out of state and have been visiting more frequently. Partner (also in 80's) cooks some meals, but may not be up for the additional care needed. About the care needs: Be mindful of giving her as much autonomy as possible. She doesn't ask for help much so asking what she would like done and offering to do something that looks like it might need to be done. Assistance with technology/phone to be able to make and receive calls and texts and connect with others. Perhaps send emails that she dictates. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
