About who needs care: I would like to get back to fishing and rock hounding , I have some head problems from a few serious concussions like memory having problems remembering things. I would like to be able to get through 1 day without wondering if I'm gonna eat that day or not , need help with Dr appointments or any other kind of appointments remembering them is a big thing. My Dr is gonna send me to concussion clinic About the care needs: An outdoorsy kind of person who likes fishing and or rock hounding pretty much anything outside I don't like being stuck in the house , no special skills are necessary
