About who needs care: Has many health issues, including diabetes, scleroderma, and CHF. All conditions are managed with medication. Needs help going to the restroom, can transfer to a wheelchair and then onto her toilet. Needs food made in the morning for breakfast, she can give herself her own insulin, but needs to be handed the items to do so. Also needs some companionship conversation.. On a daily basis.
