About who needs care: Stroke recovery. Left side affected. About the care needs: Pt/Ot homework, assistance in and out of inside community pool/gym, transfer, shower, bed bath, dressing, assistance, set me up for overnight, pads, etc., assistance with meds. Cooking, light cleaning, dishes, laundry, etc. Transportation to pt/ot, dr, other appointments.. Assistance needed for approximately 3 months, until I can become independent. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
