Seeking Senior Care Provider In Roseburg In The Home- Paying A Flat Fee For Services For 8days

I am seeking care for a senior male with early onset of Alzheimer's. Capable of managing his ADL, the caregiver I am seeking will need experience with dealing with a type 2 diabetic patient. caregivers requirements are: Medication distribution during the day. Able to provide Insulin pens to patients during the day, Light Housekeeping, help with staying physically active, prepare diabetic meals as instructed, Capable of Errands / Shopping if necessary. Must be comfortable with dogs and able to feed them 2times a day, clean poop from dog yard, ensure they have clean water and allowing them outside time. The patient has a caregiver who comes 5days a wk. thru the. VA. An overnight stay is required with a flat fee to be decided upon at the time of acceptance, not looking for hourly rate as this is a overnight request for 9days -thank you
