Hands-on Care Needed For Grandpa In East Portland

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. Our previous caregiver has had to move on. Grandpa John is paralyzed on one half of his body and has difficulty with language due to aphasia. He is cognitively very good other than verbal communication. He enjoys playing dominoes, chess, and watching tv. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing and toileting is one of our requirements. We're looking for some occasional help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties may include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Also a lover of old westerns or professional wrestling is a plus!
