Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Portland

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing. Some help needed with bathing. He will need diaper changes. And bedding when needed. He has a lot of supplies for incontinence. He has lotions to apply to his skin. He has not been out of his bed for many months. He was in hospital or SNF since October 2024. He is in SNF now. We don't know his discharge date yet. And we are moving to a house in 97217. It's a beautiful home we just bought. Our closing date is March 7, 2025. Lonell will have his own room on the main floor near the bathroom. We will be living with our daughter her husband and he 2 yr old little boy. I'm his wife. When he has been with me I changed his diapers but I'm 77 with neck problems and it's really too hard for me.
