Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Portland

About who needs care: My stepmom has diminishing memory and cognitive ability. She has always taken great care of herself and her home, but for the past couple of years her personal care and taking care of her home has fallen off. She doesn't drive much, so we'd like to get her help to take better personal care, care for the home, and occasional trips for needed shopping or necessary errands. About the care needs: A caring, supportive softer personality will work best with her, but she is usually cooperative and wants to help. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
