Companion Care Needed For Myself In Portland

About who needs care: Diabetic, CAD, 3rd stage CKD, arthritis, mobility issues, cancer survivor, depression. I take several medications. I enjoy sports, I used to read a lot. I watch television. About the care needs: A sense of humor is a major criterion. If not for my sense of humor, I would have given up years ago. I am not a domestic goddess, but my clutter gets to me after awhile. The older I get, the more my attention span is like a3-year-old. If there is too much to do, I just spin and get nothing done. I believe a 1 to 1 1/2 hours every 7 to 10 days would be sufficient. Pick up my mail, take garbage out, and spiffy up the joint. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
