About who needs care: Having difficulty with transfers; need assistance. Would like someone to arrive around 7:45 a.m. to assist with getting out of bed and transferring to the toilet then wheelchair or walker. Will need help showering twice per week. Need help again in the evening with meal prep and getting to bed. About the care needs: Patient, firm, strong (patient is 5'6" and 218 pounds) and caring. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
