About who needs care: Needs 24 hour care to reduce her anxiety after poor rehab care. She is recovering from a shoulder replacement. Is not able to stand on her own or transfer without significant help right now. Also has foly catheter that would need to be emptied and is currently using briefs for bms. About the care needs: Someone who is calm, and can find ways to be busy. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
