Companion Care Needed For My Mother In The Cully Neighborhood

I need a companion care provider for my mother. We're looking for someone to take her out to do fun things like listening to music, going to nature, dog parks, or shopping. She has serious vision problems and is starting to have some confusion from Alzheimer's, so she needs gentle support getting out and about. I'm thinking once a week for a few of hours to start and I would prefer someone who lives in NE Portland. The job is small and I don't want you to drive across town and I also want someone who lives near and is familiar with the area for doing things. She is fun to be around and has a small friendly easy dog.
