Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Portland

We need companion care to take care of my mother in Portland. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first aid trained. My mom is very active, and she still drives herself. She needs a little bit of help with meal prep and staying on task. We want her to start getting to know the caregiver so it will be easier for her as time goes by. She has heart racing episodes that can be emotionally hard for her. She has hearing aids. Her special interest is wellness and nutrition/ weight loss. She exercises daily and may need help with that and gardening as well.
