Transportation To Gym And Help With Swimming/exercise Needed For My Mother

My mother Sandra is going to be living in an adult care home and will need transportation to her gym and assistance with exercise. She is in her early 60's and has early-onset Parkinson's, but she still likes to remain very active. Her former caregiver who was taking her is going into nursing and for now I am taking her Mondays to swim. Wednesdays I would like her to get some resistance training in at the gym and Fridays she can be in the pool again. This will require someone to pick her up from the house, take her to the gym, then drop her back off. It's very involved but only a couple days a week. She is an extremely witty and pleasant person to be around and has made good friends with all her former caregivers.
