Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Portland

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in NE Portland. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Mom is lonesome and loves to visit. She has many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren (she often "sees" them and talks to them but they are not present). Mom suffers from arthritis and is in pain when moving. She must have assistance getting in and out of bed. She requires wheelchair to leave her bedside and needs assistance getting to/from the in-room toilet chair. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
