About the job
Hi, my name is Allison and I am a 21-year-old non-binary person struggling with severe ADHD, PTSD, and other co-occuring mental health disorders. I am looking for someone who can come to my apartment once a week to provide assistance performing ADLs (cueing me to do self-care tasks, some assistance with cleaning/laundry). I will also need help checking weekly to see if my medications need to be refilled. When it is time, I am capable of refilling them myself, but will likely ask you to sit with me while I call the pharmacy (or with any phone call) due to anxiety. My caregiver must be queer-friendly, comfortable with my spiritual practice of eclectic witchcraft, and informed/willing to be informed about mental health. I have 3 pets (2 cats, 1 dog). I am independent in caring for them, but wanted to add that in case of pet allergies.
