About who needs care: Hello, we are looking for care for Mom. Caregiver Duties and Responsibilities: - Work with physically disabled, cognitively impaired, chronically ill, and elderly - Cook, dress, bathe, and assist clients with incontinence care - Housekeeping tasks; 1/2 bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning & dishes - Remind clients to take evening medication -Caregiver Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience as a caregiver a plus - Attend training and pass a standardized exam or have caregiver certification - Knowledgeable in basic emergency and safety techniques - Be in good physical condition - Reliable transportation Flexible schedule About the care needs: Looking for caregiver that has experience in clients with Dementia. Caregiver should know how to cook (light meal prep), assist client with dinner and change evening pull- ups (incontinence care). Reading books, watching news with client or any kind of light activity would be helpful during dinner hour but not required. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
