Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Portland

My daughter is getting married and we are looking for someone to pick my father and mother up from their hotel and accompany my father during the wedding. He will be in a wheelchair the day of the event and need to be pushed around. He weighs 155 lb and is capable of using the restroom himself but we would like someone experienced in assisting with the restroom if needed. He is mentally intact but just has mobility challenges ie. bad knees and back. He loves meeting new people and learning about their backgrounds.
