About who needs care: He has final stage liver failure. Uses a walker but sometimes needs help with standing, walking, bowel care, urinal usage, etc. Ensure he is taking meds, cleaning up after him in bathroom, making breakfast or lunch. Occasional light housework. About the care needs: Be caring but may need to push self-care. His medical condition can change to confused quickly and would need to be able to get him to eat healthy (low salt/sodium) and drink extra lactulose. This leads to extra bowel movements and possible accidents. Must be willing to clean him up if needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
