Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Lebanon

About who needs care: Seeking in home care assistance for a family friend that I am currently assisting. I am currently her full time care and we are seeking others to help. Vicky lives in her own home in Lebanon. She returned home recently after an extended hospital and skilled nursing stay after suffering a stroke that left her with right sided weakness. She is in a wheelchair and needs assistance with transfers, bathing, personal care and home chores including cooking and cleaning. She is her own decision maker and has minimal cognitive struggles like word finding and memory due to a stroke. She is diabetic and goes to dialysis 3x a week. We utilize a sit to stand life for transfers and her home is set ADA accessible for care/living needs. Transportation is not needed as it is covered my medical transport and other friends. Her care is private pay and paid out of pocket by her. Seeking multiple shifts including overnights, swing and day. Overnight shifts are mostly asleep overnights (guest room with bed available for caregivers) with the exception of when she may need to use the restroom. About the care needs: Ideal candidate would be familiar with taking basic vitals, some cooking abilities, reliable transportation, comfortable with cats. Can be trained on the sit to stand is great if there is already experience with transfer devices and other personal care needs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
