I am looking for a caregiver for my 64-year-old wife who has Parkinson's disease with dementia. It is mostly companionship but does involve making lunch, giving medication during the day, mobility assistance at times, going for short walks, as well as helping with bathing/hygiene and dressing. The schedule is very flexible at this time although I want to work with the caregiver to create a regular routine. Ideally you would work 3-4 days a week for 4-6 hours each time. It would be ideal for a mom with school aged children as the hours can be tailored to the school schedule. I prefer someone with experience and training. The pay is negotiable depending on qualifications.
