Personal Care Assistant For 83 Year Old Father

My 83-year-old father lives with my husband and I and is very independent. We will be out of the country for 6 weeks and need someone to visit him once or twice a week to help with minimal tasks; laundry, changing his bedsheets, light cleaning. It is possible to stay in our home for part or all of the time as well. He would also need the occasional grocery run or possibly picking up a Rx from the pharmacy. I am looking for someone with the flexibility to be his point person if something comes up and although the hours and tasks are actually quite minimal, I intend to compensate generously for your flexibility.
