Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Gresham

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my male cousin in his 70s. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Has brain damage from a long ago car wreck but is pretty functional but doesn't retain new info well. Has some balance issues so needs help with showering. He can sometimes need a lot of encouragement to do things but is generally ok. His brother and I are his primary contacts.
