Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Gresham

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. He has dementia and is currently coming home from a hospital stay. The facility he is in doesn't currently have room in memory care, so before we can get him placed, we are looking for someone to check in on him. Not sure what all the assistance would be quite yet. There is also my handicap mom with scoliosis and Parkinson's who needs eaxercise walking. This takes about 20 minutes total. Need to have someone who could lift 50 or so lbs. She weigh approximately 90, so would need to be able to support her weight and catch in case of fall. She does operate a walker, but needs support moving and walking.
