About who needs care: My Grandmother is looking for a companion to visit with her once a week for 2-3 hours. She lives in a group home with little socialization and would love to have someone to talk to, go to art and crafts stores and knit or crochet with. She is capable of taking care of herself but may need some help driving to run errands from time to time. About the care needs: I am looking for someone who has a positive and upbeat attitude, who is willing to be a friend to my grandmother. Someone who might drive her to a craft store or knit, sew and crochet with her once and awhile. Truly seeking out someone to be her friend in an environment where she has little social interactions. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
