About who needs care: Multiple co-morbitities. Obesity, COPD, heart failure. Short ambulation, manual and power chair. She lives in assisted living and needs more help. About the care needs: Can work with memory loss and difficult attitude at times. She is in and out of the hospital and needs someone compassionate and caring but also assertive and honest. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
