Seeking 2 Part Time Care Providers In Eugene

I am looking for additional caregivers for my client. He is a double arm amputee who struggles with chronic pain and has a TBI. He is quite independent, but needs support with "handiwork" around the house, as he faces certain limitations with his prosthetic limb. We have 2 positions for qualified and kind caregivers. 1. Largely companionship and in-home support. Transportation to & from appointments, errand running, house keeping, bathing support, and various in home "hands on" tasks. 2. Highly organized & nuanced manager of medical needs. Track his prescriptions and their refill days and cycles; communicate with doctors and pharmacies to ensure timely refills. Use to communicate with doctors. Attend appointments with medical care providers and support successful ongoing care plans & track progress. A stellar medical advocate!
