About who needs care: 79YO, very social, enjoys friendly conversation. Manages multiple health conditions (diabetes, kidney disease) with support from adult daughter who lives nearby. Has recently experienced some challenges to mobility/balance and could use help with errands and housekeeping. Enjoys cooking and baking, but tires quickly with standing and prep work. We would like help with grocery shopping, healthy meal planning, and keeping a clean kitchen. About the care needs: Female, good listener. Mom enjoys birds, sewing, crafts, music (played piano and violin), gardening/flowers, hospitality, corresponding with family (6 adult children). No specialized skills needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
