About who needs care: Terminal cancer diagnosis 5 days post op total shoulder replacement HEAVY smoker Showing signs of confusion & memory loss Needs night time medication management About the care needs: Someone not bothered by smokers, we are trying to get him to stop or smoke outside but he won't cooperate. He is a fall risk, especially with the pain meds Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
